We Do Pottery.

This class is a fun and total hands-on foundation course on throwing on the wheel.  Students  be guided in a step- by- step process and will learn how to center, pull a pot, and trim.  Students will learn to throw various shapes, leading to successful bowls, mugs, cups, vases etc. All work goes through two kiln firings;  the second firing will make the pottery safe for food and drink,  as well as use in microwave oven and dishwasher. We use only health-approved clays and glaze-materials.  Class includes clay, all firing and glazes.

In an effort to protect all students and teachers at the studio, we are requiring that all students wear a mask to class.

In an effort to do our part to protect you, temperatures will be taken at the door In the morning when you arrive to class. Proper sanitation of materials and tables will be done between each class, as well as frequent handwashing and sanitizing throughout the class.

Please do not attend class if you have been feeling ill or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.

We look forward to having you in a safe and fun environment.
