This class is a fun and total hands-on foundation course on throwing on the wheel. Students will be guided in a step- by- step process and will learn how to center, pull a pot, and trim. Students will learn to throw various shapes, leading to successful bowls, mugs, cups, vases etc. to take home to their families to enjoy. Clay and all firing and glaze materials included. Classes run from the 2nd week of August through the first week of December. The final class will be Dec 5th. Class fees are divided into 4 equal payments of $100.00 per month for 4 months. Payments begin as soon as you sign up for classes and cover 16 sessions over the course of the semester. Closing Art Show is the weekend immediately following last week of classes.
