Studio Policies

Below you can find a list of all current studio policies. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to a policy, please feel free to contact us.

Mask Policy

Masks are optional in the studio as of 3/1/2022.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

6 week and One time classes - If you need to cancel or change classes, you MUST contact us 72 hours prior to the class you have paid for in order to be eligible for a full refund. We will also allow you to transfer to a different class with at least 24 hours notice. After that mark, your payment will be forfeited.

Kid/Teen Semester Classes - Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted no later than the 20th to drop the upcoming month’s classes. In case of an unforeseen, prolonged illness or injury, class credits may be given, at the Studio's discretion. In this case, notice must be given, and arrangements must be made after the first class missed.

Summer Camps - No refunds or credits of any payment will be made for notification of withdrawal within 2 weeks of the start of the class, once the class has started, or for missed classes. Prior to that time, we will refund your tuition minus the $75 non-refundable deposit. Balances must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the start date of your session. If payment is not received by this date, registration will be forfeited.

Missed Class

If you have missed a class that you have paid for, we will not be able to refund of reschedule it. 

*In the case of a 6 week class - One make up day will be offered at the instructor's discretion. We are unable to offer multiple make up classes.  

Arrival and Departure Times

Please arrive for/leave class as close to the scheduled time as possible, but no later than 10 mins before or after. This includes when dropping off minors. 

Food and Drink 

Some of the materials we use in the studio are toxic if ingested. As such, we cannot permit students to have or consume food in the building. In addition, no open drinks are permitted. Students may have a drink, as long as it is closed with a screw top lid when not in use. 

Non Refundable Deposit

Deposits paid to reserve a date for a private party or lesson are non refundable. They are credited towards the total of the party on the date of the event. However, should the party be missed or cancelled, the deposit will be retained by the studio to cover lost costs.

Pick Up of Student Work

Student pieces typically take 2-3 weeks to complete the firing process and be ready for students to pick up. Once the class participants are notified of their finished work, they will have 1 month to pick it up from the studio. After this time all unclaimed work will be disposed of. 

Code of Conduct

All students, young and old, are expected to follow this code of conduct. If someone is unable to follow the requirements of our code of conduct, they may be asked to leave the class and/or studio. If this occurs, the student's class payment will be forfeit.

Age Restrictions

For Try a Pot Classes, the minimum age requirement is 11 years old when accompanied by an adult. To attend a Try a Pot class alone, participants must be at least 16 years old. For any Adult class, participants must be at least 18 years old.

Semester Kid's class ages vary and will be stated within the description.

As of 3/1/2022, masks are now optional for all participantsIn an effort to do our part to protect our students, proper sanitation of materials and tables will be done between each class, as well as frequent handwashing and sanitizing throughout the class.


Please do not attend class if you have been feeling ill or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.
