Studio Policies

Below you can find a list of all current studio policies. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to a policy, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or change classes, you MUST contact us 72 hours prior to the class you have paid for in order to be eligible for a full refund. Due to COVID, we will also allow you to transfer to a different class with at least 24 hours notice. After that mark, your payment will be forfeited.

*Summer camps require 2 weeks notice.

Missed Class

If a you have missed a class that you have paid for, we will not be able to refund of reschedule it.

*In the case of a 6 week or semester class, a make up date may be offered at the instructor's discretion.

Arrival and Departure Times

Please arrive for/leave class as close to the scheduled time as possible, but no later than 10 mins before or after. This includes when dropping off minors.

Food and Drink

Some of the materials we use in the studio are toxic if ingested. As such, we cannot permit students to have or consume food in the building. In addition, no open drinks are permitted. Students may have a drink, as long as it is closed with a screw top lid when not in use.

Non Refundable Deposit

Deposits paid to reserve a date for a private party or lesson are non refundable. They are credited towards the total of the party on the date of the event. However, should the party be missed or cancelled, the deposit will be retained by the studio to cover lost costs.

Pick Up of Student Work

Student pieces typically take 2-3 weeks to complete the firing process and be ready for students to pick up. Once the class participants are notified of their finished work, they will have 1 month to pick it up from the studio. After this time all unclaimed work will be disposed of.

Code of Conduct

All students, young and old, are expected to follow this code of conduct. If someone is unable to follow the requirements of our code of conduct, they may be asked to leave the class and/or studio. If this occurs, the student's class payment will be forfeit.

Due to a rise in local COVID cases, masks are now mandatory for all participants while inside the studio.

In an effort to do our part to protect our students, proper sanitation of materials and tables will be done between each class, as well as frequent handwashing and sanitizing throughout the class.

Please do not attend class if you have been feeling ill or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.

We look forward to having you in a safe and fun environment.
